Now...my month dh menjelma...this month cik mpk akan berganjak kepada nombor lain..huhu..xmo..xmo...xmo...tp apa ada pd nombor kan..janji cik mpk ttp gorjaz..amazing..awesome...vogue da vasttt...hahaha.
sekrang ni cik mpk semakin giat bersenam robik...almost 5 times a week cik mpk akan ke studio...kalau xde class aerobik pun..cik mpk akan cuba membako lemak yg ada kat badan ni dgn p jogging kat taman..heee... ni hasil pembakaran calori cik mpk...

duration 1 hour 33 minute = 750 calories burned |
Jam ni akan mengira calories yg terbakar dgn detect heart beat kita and compare with the setting of age..weight...height kita,,heeee..makin kuat degupan jantung kita mkn byk calories yg terbakar...FYI hari tu cik mpk g joging...almost 45 minute...there are only 250clories yg terbkr...then cik mpk compare ngan 45 minute cik mpk aerobik..the result is more than jogging 359 calories...may be aerobik ni all of our body part workout kot.,.kalau jagging may be certain part je yg work out..hee.
But for me...whatever method of exercise is good...since it burn our calories...heee
