sejak beratkins nie...seyes cik mpk seronok berada didapur n masak..sbb nk prepared menu diet atkins ni sgtlah simple mimple gedebad gedebus punya..huhuh..sbb bhn2 yg dugunakan..merupakan bahan yg lebih kurang sama je..cuma atas creativity kita utk mengolah makanan tersebut...hhhihi..dh ala2 chef joe ni kenapa plak...

so ouls..sapa ckp diet atkins ni ssh..sonang je..pusing2 duk mkn benda tu jgk..tp janji kita sihat n jaga pengambilan carb dlm badan..psst...jgn lupa bersenam jgk tau...its good for ur fitness also...sekian
