Memandangkan cik mpk nk avoid from taking any diet pill and supplement, cik mpk decide nk diet atkins.. i'm inspired from my bestie.. karbie . for the first 2 week ni..cik mpk avoid from taking carbo...just taking tilurrr aka telur..tuna (spice tuna), veggie and cheese..selain dr itu, cik mpk jgk puasa isnin dan khamis..utk saham akhirat. If x puasa...cik mpk joging every morning around 4km. lets kita cekidout menu apa yg cik mpk prepared for my meal....

4) egg ( cik mpk suka beli yg free antibiotic..yg ayam xcucuk punya)
5) green tea (cik mpk beli yg lipton...jgn buh gula plk..minum tawar mcm tu je..sdp uolss)
